This award will go to the organisation that can show clear evidence of how it has improved its corporate wellness performance in the last 12 months, giving examples of reduced levels of absenteeism, a healthier workforce, how the organisation has launched wellness incentives & initiatives.

The award is open to both internal company communication campaigns as well as external initiatives, and covers all mediums, whether broadcast, print, outdoor, PR, digital, mobile or integrated multi-media. Entries can come from individuals, organisations or agencies and must include details of the campaign objectives including target audience, and provide evidence of the impact of the campaign, successes and challenges overcome.

This award is open to a corporate wellness team who work in the same department or across different departments. Judges will look for the team with the clearest understanding of the team’s place in the organisation as a whole and how its performance has impacted on corporate wellness and overall business objectives

This award identifies the organisation demonstrating a commitment to make their physical environment and facility a great place to work. Judges will be looking for excellence in incorporating fitness, relaxation and wellness areas into their facility. Entrants must also show how the success of their workplace facility has been measured. Employers or facility management companies are able to enter this Award.

This award is for organisations that can demonstrate outstanding performance in health and safety. Using an initiative or initiatives that took place between June 2017 and June 2018, the judges will be looking for you to demonstrate how, in the firm, health and safety is a top management priority and forms a central part of the culture. They will want to hear of the outcomes of initiatives and the work done to achieve them. Evidence of innovation in health and safety, the communication of safety messages and how they have embedded safety within the business will all help support your entry

CSR Employee Engagement of the Year Award

Recognising the best organisation which has incorporated corporate wellness into its corporate social responsibility plan, this award is looking for examples of excellence that have been introduced or achieved during the last 12 months that position the business as a leader in CSR. It should not only provide examples of how it has included corporate wellness in its CSR plan for employees but how it has communicated this externally.
